Individual counseling services provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore and address personal challenges, emotional difficulties, and mental health concerns. In this one-on-one therapeutic setting, our trained and licensed counselor works with the individual to identify and understand their unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Through active listening, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, the counselor helps the individual gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives. Individual counseling can assist with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, trauma, and personal growth. The ultimate goal of individual counseling is to support individuals in achieving greater well-being, improved mental health, and a higher quality of life.
Case Management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote patient safety, quality of care, and cost effective outcomes.

Psychoeducational groups are focused on sharing information on a particular topic or teaching skills (e.g., executive functioning, soft skills at work, self-advocacy.) Groups are time-limited and relatively short-term.
Our groups are formed in response to client interest/requests and address such issues as self-esteem and confidence, self-advocacy, executive functioning, and employment barriers.
A trained facilitator works with an individual to identify supportive people in his or her life such as family members, teachers, counselors, and community members they respect and/or to whom they feel close. Through a prescribed process, the facilitator helps team members work together to help the person identify strengths, dreams, and goals in addition to resources and possible barriers to success. Concrete action plans with timelines facilitate movement toward identified goals.
